Thank you for booking a course with Eternal Beauty.

We would be grateful if you could read through the information below, as it will form part of the contract between us (in addition to our standard training Terms & Conditions)

By completing this form, you are agreeing that:

• You are happy to accept that this is the start of the contract between you and Eternal Beauty (UK) Ltd for the training course that you have enrolled on.
• You will be sent a link to the pre course home study for your chosen course as soon as we are able after we receive this form from you (It will be sent from [email protected] please check your spam folder if not received)
• Even if inside 14 days, you will be waiving your right to any refunds under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, since we would have provided you with material which would have constituted the start of the service that we agreed i.e. Training.
• From this point onwards, all you will be able to do is to change the date of the practical part of your course (subject to any terms & additional charges laid out in our T&C's)
