All our orders come with free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery although there are other options available including Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Next Day, these options are at additional cost to the buyer and can be selected at the checkout. Credit & Refunds
Please Allow up to 30 days for credits and refunds. All refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used in the original purchase.
For all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch your items the same working day however this is not always possible. You will be notified of any delays to the dispatch of your order by email.
Domestic and International orders are shipped by Royal Mail or UPS
Any other major shipping company can be used upon request, but customer will be responsible for all charges.
If a customer uses their own shipping company or already has an account with any of the companies listed above, they may use that account, but will be responsible for charges and arrangements.
All international shipments will be delivered at the port of destination. All customs and clearing arrangements, brokering fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note Customs issues and charges vary by country. All orders sent internationally will be marked as commercial samples where a customs declaration is required.
Although we keep a large inventory of each product in stock, some occasionally sell out quickly. On the rare occasion that the products you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible and given the choice to receive a refund or wait for the product to come back into stock. A timescale for restocking will always be given.
Errors or Ommissions
If an item was sent in error (on our part), please report it immediately and the mistake will be rectified and any returns postage credited in full.
Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Replacement items are sent only after we have the returned items in hand, unless special circumstances cause us to waive the return requirement. All items returned as faulty will be fully tested on receipt; should an item be found not to be faulty on receipt then it will be returned free of charge but return postage to us will not be refunded. Should an item be defective then a replacement or refund will be offered. Please note that we operate a 14 day returns policy whereby the buyer is responsible for return postage except where the item is found to be faulty. All machines, foot pedals and power adapters have have a standard Twelve (12) Month Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated. Parts and labour are covered. Eternal Beauty cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by tampering or improper use, or normal wear and tear. Although account information can be retrieved, the original invoice is preferred to insure warranty coverage. Warranties will be valid only on Machines determined to be defective, within the warranty period, and with the original serial number in place.
Eternal Beauty cannot be held liable for any lost income caused by faulty machines and in line with the Supply of Good & Services Act we will provide suitable recourse in the form of a replacement item as soon as is practically possible.

Access To Information & Your Rights

- If deemed necessary due to any legal obligations or regulatory investigations that may arise
In regards to prospective employment with Eternal Beauty (UK) Ltd, by applying for any vacancy through the various channels, you agree to the processing of your personal data that is required in order for us to complete the employment process accordingly and thus, agree to this Policy. If you’re unsuccessful in your application to work at Eternal Beauty (UK) Ltd, we must retain your personal information for 6 months in accordance with UK employer law. After 6 months, we will remove your personal information unless explicitly agreed otherwise. As set out in the ‘Your Rights’ section of this policy, if you wish to correct or request deletion of your information before the 6 month time frame has expired, please contact [email protected] with the relevant request.
