Please please please remember that as Christmas approaches the postal service has to deal with many more letters and parcels than usual and this sometimes means that parcels get lost or delayed and unfortunately this is out of our control.
We will always post your orders the same day with your selected postage service when we receive it by 3.45pm Monday to Friday but once we dispatch it, it's a little out of our control.
We would actively encourage all our customers to ensure that you order in plenty of time and try and avoid ordering the day before you need the stock to try and minimise any impact should your order be delayed.
This is true all year round but especially true during December. We have no issues refunding postage costs for items that are sent using a guaranteed service that are not delivered when they're supposed to be but we are unable to compensate you for any loss arising from your order not being delivered on time but we will do whatever we can to help track down your order for you
